Blood & Honey - Beer Me Saturdays // Revolver Brewing

I've noticed that Texas (at least from what I've seen) is all about the music, the beer, and the BBQ, which is great! *I've also noticed an abundance of donut shops and taco stands, so I guess Texas is all about the donuts and tacos too!* I LOVE live music, Sam is the beer guru (he's been brewing his own beer for 3 years now...his favorite things are creating new beer recipes and trying new craft brews), and of course we both always enjoy stuffing some good ol' bbq in our mouths between ~~sips~~ gulps of brewskies!

This is why the Saturday Brewery Tour event at Revolver Brewing in Granbury, TX is the perfect place to really experience a laid back Texas Saturday.

Revolver is my in-law's most favorite brewery (which happens to be less than 10 minutes from their house! WINNING!) and the weekend brewery event has become a Saturday tradition for them. Sam and I got to tag along this past Saturday and enjoy what Texas is all about - live music, BBQ, and beer. Come rain or shine, you can expect an aroma of sweet BBQ, a band to be jamming, beer to be pouring, and people to be having a good time.

**I've been to the brewery once before when Sam and I visited his parents in August 2013 ............& butter my big ol' sweet biscuits(!), Revolver Blood & Honey beer was so good I swear my taste buds did the biggest happy dance after that first delicious sip. Yep, beer with blood oranges and Texas honey....it's slap your mama just to get another kind of good. If you're ever in Texas, I would highly recommend trying Revolver Blood & Honey beer. It's sold in H.E.B.'s in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.**
